About Research and Development Cell, S.P.P. College, Namti
Established in 2019 and revised in 2022 as per directives of the UGC and the mandates of NEP2020, the Research and Development Cell, S.P.P College is dedicated to building and nourishing a robust and vibrant ecosystem in the institution for promoting innovative, multidisciplinary and translational research in order to offer significant contribution towards attainment of goals of Self-Reliant India. The Cell has formulated a clearly defined Research Policy and created an organizational structure for effective execution of quality research and optimum utilization of research outcomes. The Cell comprises a Research Advisory Council as an apex body and five committees, viz Finance and Infrastructure, Research Programme, Policy Development, Collaboration and Community, Product Development, Monitoring and Commercialization, and IPR, Legal and Ethical Matters, each entrusted with clearly stipulated roles and responsibilities which are carried out in a concerted manner.
